We want you to love what you ordered. If something’s not quite right, we’re here to help.

Returns

We offer a 7-day return window, which means you have 7 days after receiving your order to request a return.

To be eligible, items must be in the same condition you received them — unused, in their original packaging, and with proof of purchase.

To start a return, email us at freeandinkedorders@gmail.com Once your return is approved, we’ll provide instructions on how and where to send your item.

If tracked shipping was selected at checkout, a return label will be provided. Items sent back without contacting us first won’t be accepted.

Damages & Issues

Please check your order when it arrives. If anything is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, reach out right away so we can make it right.

Non-Returnable Items

Some items are final sale, including:

  • Custom or special order items
  • Sale items
  • Gift cards

If you’re unsure about your item, feel free to ask before purchasing.

Exchanges

The easiest way to exchange an item is to request a return and place a new order once your return has been approved.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll let you know if your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Depending on your bank or credit card provider, it may take additional time for the funds to appear.

Wholesale Returns

All wholesale orders are considered final sale.

We do not accept returns or exchanges on wholesale purchases due to the nature of small-batch production.

That said, we want you to feel confident stocking Free & Inked.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival and notify us within 7 days of delivery if any items are damaged, defective, or incorrect.

To report an issue, email freeandinkedorders@gmail.com with your order details and clear photos of the items.

If approved, we will offer a replacement or refund depending on the situation.
